AnonD-38309, 21 Jan 2012You sir, are absolutely ignorant.
1.My waist size is 32... moreI own a galaxy note, I wear size 32 and I can fit it in the front Pocket just fine. It doesn't take the jaws of life to take it out either. Maybe if you stop being so ignorant you would know.
The ps3 can most definitely receive video signals from another source. This method can be achieved through various means. Also games like wipe out hd and need for speed only requires use of the accelerometer and a couple of on screen taps how would that be controlling blindly.
Most mid entry android devices supports video out via mhl, which is hdmi but with the ability to supply power to the hdmi cable. this is done via an adapter that can be purchased separately. Apparently as an owner of such device you dont even know about it which makes me question your ownership of it. You apparently own over $1000 worth of cell phones but can't afford a tv with more than one hdmi input?
Lastly you mentioned that quadcore is overkill and to play games like angry bird you don't need it, then why do you own a dual core phone? You don't need dual core to play need for speed or angry bird those can play fine on single core.

[deleted post]You sir, are absolutely ignorant.
1.My waist size is 32. I do not wear skinny jeans but I wear normal jeans. No, a Galaxy Note can't fit there and if somehow you managed to put it in, it would be a miracle if you can take it out. And I won't change the pants I am wearing because of some sort of a phone.
2.So you are telling me I can play games from my phone to my PS3/360? Weird, because last time I checked you could only play Music and Videos; not games. Apart from that, if my LED TV is not modern enough I will have to use HDMI, and by that I can't connect a PS3 controller because my TV isn't modern enough :) Oh hell yeahhhhh watching tv while blind controlling my smartphone...And just fyi, a lot of Android phones do not support HDMI (Galaxy S2 is one of the most known Android phones but it still doesn't have an HDMI out)
3.Wrong guess, I own both an S2 and an Arc. Best games I found on the Android market that were actually worth paying are Asphalt and Need For Speed Hot Pursuit even though NFS isn't even close to the console version. Games on Smartphones will never be counted as real gaming...even the playstation certified phones which have wayyyy better games than Android market aren't close to a PSP...
Your argument is just stupid, you told me that it would cost 1000$ to get 1080P on a PC, I can tell you that buying a DLNA certified TV, a gaming console controller, a 700$ Android Smartphone and not even getting a good gaming experience is total BS.

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2012pardon my ignorance, but who needs a quad core on a PHONE? ... morefaster and more complex hardware is required for all sorts of reasons from shooting full hd video to graphic intensive games. Also a quad core phones should have better battery life as each core will use less power combined than a single core cpu. So yes you're being a little ignorant to what this all means for the consumer.

technically , the quad core is using less battery than dual core , so in terms of battery life they almost going to be equal if not better than on quad core

Again, this is the first in the mobile world. LG did it again, and who copy first? LG is always first in pioneering mobile technology. Quad core is basically needed in 4G application, 3D processing and ultimately web mobile interaction, just like having the whole world in your hand. LG go!
