Samsung is nothing but overpriced junk where every customer paying 500% more compared to manufacturing price and selling price.
Even a Lenovo Z6 pro GT have much better camera than Samsung would ever have.

And most of all, it's made by LEICA.

The Huawei junk was unknown before the P9 and was making unbranded phones for carriers.

The camera champion in all aspects is Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

                RYYB Sony IMX650.

Huawei's idea, Sony's execution. Thats why its only exclusive for P30 Pro. Pretty much Sony handsomely paid by Huawei to make this sensor.

The irony thing is, the sensor is more advance than the one inside Sony phones itself, including latest Xperia 1, which is using IMX445.

Its all about the money, sell higher & use cheaper for the sake of bigger profit. Like an oil bussiness now.

After reading whole article, my only question is, how it make green without having dedicated green filter.

The low-light performance of the P30 Pro was noticeably improved compared to Mate 20 Pro (which was excellent itself, mind you), which could be due to the new RYYB sensor or the addition of OIS (or likely both), so i think this RYYB filter is the way to go forward. Hopefully the major players will adopt it, so that competition remains healthy going forward.

NipponFan, 13 May 2019Sony is the best overall Android phone maker. The fact that... moreAs someone who has used numerous Sony phones, i disagree.

Sony phones are fine, but nothing great. Camera performance is always behind the competition. Displays were always underwhelming (haven't used their latest OLED ones, so can't speak about that). Big bezels & boxy design. Stereo speakers were never loud enough. Software is neither pure Android, nor has advanced features like Oxygen OS, so it sits in a weird zone. Always priced like it's competitors, which offer better overall experience.

That is entirely my opinion though, so you may disagree with it at your will.

So this way the painting picture worked to make the look of the picture better and compromise the real colors.
                          But i want originality.

Sony is the best overall Android phone maker. The fact that the majority of the consumer base and population are naive, easily swayed NPCs is the reason it's not popular. They didn't see many catchy ads or billboards with Xperia. So in their little minds must be a crap phone... Sad

Lol just slap a strip of RGB light around the camera and then cheak the results. They will improve like 56.4 %

                                impressive.

How to effectively create full spectrum color with just R-Y-B. RGB/CMY is popular because each color combination can easily recreate any other color. RGB is on software (ie photoshop) And CMY is for your printer ink.

WRGB sensor would be much better.
                                    Proportion 1:1:1:1 ...

Another innovation from Sony, let's see how long until Samsung decides to copy this sensor like they poorly did with imx400 and imx586.
