The size of 2.3.4 is 238.78 MB ...once you connect your mobile using the pc suite ...it will tell you the size as well.

Sterday I updated my lover...OB successfully to 2.3.4 VERSION and the kernel version is 2.6.35..Thankyu LG

2.3.4 is power hungry, battery drain fast,RAM memory hungry too but with better & fast ui, video shooting works better, no legging while shoot in still too, but text copy past is not working at contacts at all.

hi...i wait from november to get the update for my lg black...i still run on 2.2.2 froyo...cant believe it...LG is very slow at this time...iam very disapointed...ive got my htc desire now almost for 2 years and got the gingerbread update from october 2011...and its better working and much faster then my LG black...and more aplications works on htc desire then on LG black... LG please make it fast with the update!!! i need it... greatings from slovenia :D

Just updated my LG OB. It's now fast - runs smoothly. Only one thing that I noticed - bottom buttons fade out too quickly. It's not a problem while you know where to press.

do they even like phones?(it is not only how slow they act,it is how bad is their software omg I can barely use the browser,an lg 2x owner)

i agree...lg optimus 3D has not been updated whic is their flagship phone...still runs in froyo...keypad is freezing once a week...bought the 3D last october and after a week it completely completely crashed...but other than that...the ui is great...touchscreen is good...
