I keep my phones over a year and I don't want the tinting oled crap with burn ins. I see my friends around with samsungs that are over 2 years and the oleds are soo dimm and yellowish. They avoided burn ins but the tinting and dimming over time is inevitable.

Also, they all get tinted over time. One person can get burn in within 2-3 months, while another can avoid it for 3 years, although some tinting can't be avoided no matter how you use it. OLED is fine for those who prefer it, but there should be an IPS, too. The double OLED approach of Xiaomi will upset some of the clients, those more tech inclined, especially.

If i buy it, i'd only be because there is no other good mid-ranger (Note 7 was grea, but with bad reception) and other flagships are useless with no 3.5mm jack, poor batteries, edge screens; wouldn't buy them even at mid-range prices.

The lack of lcd is the first step in becoming a real "flagship". Next time it won't have SD slot, then 3.5mm, and it will become another "flagship" for dumb people, because removing features makes for the best "flagship" phone nowadays.

QMinh, 26 May 2019I don't understand what you're trying to say but this phone... moreThey'll add an audio jack yes, but seems that without profit to enable the FM radio on hardware like Huawei did on the P30 which is lose a nice feature that let you save a lot of data (money) if you want to listen the local radio. And that is what i don't like. If you already has an audio jack... that let you use your earbuds as antenne... Why not enable the hardware of the radio? It'll cost almost nothing in price. That is.

We want an IPS LCD display + HDR10 over the short life span AMOLED with yellowish white after a year or two of usage.
The problem about AMOLED is that you can't have a static color on screen for a long time (app icons, status bar, navbar, etc) and you also can't put the brightness in maximum for long usage.
In addition to that, I also like a side mounted FPS over Front and Rear mounted FPS
