It's been two years since the last article on tracking Screen-to-body ratios and phone designs have gotten decidedly kooky since.

Where is LG G2!! Best 75.9% StB ratio!! In 2013!!!

    Actually the bezels have become bigger (the side bezels at least). They are fooling fanboys by making mega phones with small top bezels and a chin.
    For comparison my 10 years old 46 inch TV has about 95% STB but about 2 inch wide bezels all round

      I think most companies use the whole bezel-less craze as a means to up the actual size of their phones rather than keeping the body of the phone a bit compact while increasing screen-to-body ratio like it was originally intended. I believe the Essential Phone was the last phone to keep the screen-to-body ratio higher than average while keeping the body of the phone compact, nowadays phones are basically tablets that are difficult to use one-handed

        Note 7 still the king of side bezels. Makes s10 5g look outdated.

          I bet samsung does not exclude the part of screen lost for the hole.

              TBH, we need to get back to our roots. This bezeless trend is supposed to make small phones (like 5" or slightly more) look 'bigger' by comparison but they kept slapping it on bigger phones so it became pointless. It's 'trends' like these that make me almost pray that Razer will try one more phone with that same form factor just with a 5,500mAH battery, Sharp's better quality IZGO display that was used on their most recent AQUOS phone with better brightness, and Wide-Angle cam for both front and back added because bezels have a great amount of use in this industry.

              Bezels add a better grip with less chances of accidental touches on the screen, can build bigger and better speakers/earpieces for calls, and allow more space for the internal components. It's things like that that make me want to make my own smart phone...

                nst2018, 02 Jun 20192013 lg g2LG G2 was a legend. It was the most perfect phone of it's time. Brilliant display, fast performance, good sound, great battery life, great look, all essential features covered. It remained my favorite phone for a few years. Really lovely device.

                        S10 is definitely not the best phone already killed for example by K20 pro by xiaomi the true flagship killer which for 1/5 of S10 5G price offers equal specs and quality.

                          HTC 2007 and 2011 best smartphone company but end his popularity I don't know why but S10 is not best phone
