Samsung Galaxy Note10 will come with physical buttons after all, but no headphone jack

01 June 2019
Samsung did test a design without the physical buttons, but it didn't pass the company's "rigorous testing."

If connection is really like what you said, just pick up the cans and it'll pair itself then that'll be sweet, but it won't change my mind on wanting a jack on my phone. The battery life on constantly turning on BT, the headphone battery itself and quality/latency issues are driving me away.
Cable is just better in quality, but credit where its due, BT excels in mobility.

The moment I took them out of their case, they automatically pair to my two phones.

No tangling wires to fix before plugging to the phone.

I said, I would be okay with dropping the headphone jack if we'd get ultra-thin phones. I also know that won't happen as they need a lot of space for a useful battery. 1. Headphone jack - I use.
                      2. IR blaster - I use.
                      3. Custom UI compared to pure android is like heaven and earth, stock android is pure and clean but it's missing essentials - THE features that I NEED.
                      4. VOLTE - I don't care about this because it never worked like it was supposed to for me so clearly there are issues with it on many devices and networks which I tried to use it with.
                      5. NFC - Never had any use for it other than a brief curiosity with checking the info of ID's, bus cards, bank cards and passports because they all use NFC tags.
                      6. Hotspot - Depending on which hotspot you're referring to exactly. The most common is Wi-FI hotspot - of which I used and sometimes still use. I would actually like to evolve this feature to have more capabilities because I see it is limited in functions.
                      7. Radio - I don't really use it but there have been times I did and actually will. If mobile networks will ever be down, you can turn on the radio and listen what the radio station says or any other individual with an antenna that's broadcasting messages by radio signals.
                      8. RDS - Never used it so don't care about it.

And yes, there are many others which are not necessary nor essential for phones to be working at their possible best, but, there are also many others which are indeed necessary and essential yet are blatantly omitted and power users' forever wait is just way too tiring in the end.

Anonymous, 02 Jun 2019You're worried about BT that is designed to work like 50 me... moreI'm not disputing the facts you just said as this is all a exceptionally ingeniously executed yet " innocent " wireless attack that is today's reality.

However, this will all combine into like a prison or let's even say gas chamber of concentrated radiation with effects already scientifically evidenced because of everything being wireless and the list just keeps on getting longer and longer... How long can you go before we get to the point that something is really wrong with this?

On the other hand, surprising is the fact of wireless devices being banned from areas where fetuses, infants and young children are in... I wonder why...

Before the mobile phone and wireless emitting era boom, there weren't as many complaints from humans having more intense headaches, migraines and fatigue as they currently do now. Let alone the sudden rise of cancers worldwide... hmm...

Please remember, convenience does not always or necessarily grant you health benefits, usually it's the opposite because it is essentially a detrimental invisible force of secretly putting you down.

One more thing, how come fetuses inside a womb need a umbilical cord to be fed ( it's a wire ) ?
Why do humans need to physically, by hand (a hand is basically a connected wire) feed themselves? Why can't food just magically ( wirelessly ) appear in our stomaches?

Yeah, wireless will never be as good as a wire. :)

Most only have SBC or AAC, which are both inferior to AptX. The wireless audio quality is so inferior that I simply stopped using it wirelessly. And then if you add the latency, wireless is bad.

And OMG your last sentence is simply stupid.
"Like removing swappable batteries which helped service centres raising their income and need of their services."

That says it all. What next, pay a service center each time you need a software update? Pay each time you need to change your SIM? You're basically against everything that helps people have a device more durable to make cash from them.

If this helps them cut the cost with 30-50 cents per unit, at almost 300 milion units Samsung sells in a year, how much do you think they can save?
