The word Zen and ZenMobile have been trademarked back in 2008 by a local company.

Whether or not the trademark application is legitimate is another story.

what ???? that company thinks that Zen name will cause confusion between Asus and Zen-mobile ?!?!?!......people can't even remember when that Zen-mobile came and when it vanished,,, for everyone Zen means Asus even in India
