It's not "arc", it's Ark OS, which is 60% faster than Stock Android. Google it.
Sailfish OS & Android both are written in C++ and both belongs to Linux family.

I love the Sailfish OS. Main mobile OS almost 6 years. Real multitasking machine.

It started on the Nokia N9 with Meego in 2011 and evolved into Sailfish. I wouldn't mind this! It's a polished OS. The problems are the apps. Android already has a stranglehold for them.

That will not change nothing. Android is dead in future Huawei phones, and with luck in those from BBK, Xiaomi, even HMD, etc, all at the right time.
