Some people here obviously don't know what a crash is.
When your iphone randomly stops and returns to the home screen, that is a crash. Android tells you when it has crashed, Iphones don't, that the only difference and why idiots think it crashes more.
My iphone would crash all the freaking time, especially after updates.

Maybe you have to use an First Gen iPad with iOS 5.0.1 ...
I think i barely use it since that upgrade.
I've disabled iCloud completely, notifications, ... everything and it stays slow as shit.
Even Safari crashes now and then, sometimes 2 times each hour when i'm using it.
So, for me it's clear, no iPad will enter this home anymore, Apple had me once, but not another time.
The only thing they care about are new sales! My next purchase will be definitely an Android Tablet, it will fit perfectly with my Galaxy SII, where I'm free to upgrade/downgrade a phone if a newer version isn't what it should be!

The only smooth os out there at tin moment is WP7. Yet its the least popular. As tiny get nope advanced, they will have issues regardless of which it is due to the contact demand for updates from the consumer. Instead of taking a little longer to create a nice smooth system, tiny rush out a version that ends up needing a handful of fixes. By which time the damage has been done. Lets hope they learn for next time.
