kalel, 12 Jul 2019Yes we are both right and wrong here. But only select place... moreSorry but I'm missing something here. Where have I been wrong?

        You said

"Every phone in the UK is single sim. The sim tray will have 2 sim slots but second sim slot is covered up and can't be used. That's on all brands in the UK. It's part of the law don't know why"

I then have given you evidence that you can indeed use and buy a dual sim phone here legally that has been purchased from a shop on my local high street here in the UK.

Sorry but I repeat where have I said something that was wrong? And what part of your post was right?

        Repeat you said.

"EVERY PHONE in the UK is SINGLE SIM. The sim tray will have 2 sim slots but second sim slot is covered up and can't be used. That's on ALL BRANDS in the UK. ITS PART OF THE LAW don't know why"

Anonymous, 12 Jul 2019Not sure about you. But i'm enjoying a lot with my new Xiao... moreIf people have to transfer files to other phones then surely they only have to do that once every 2-3 years. So it's not really a big issue

Anonymous, 12 Jul 2019Not sure about you. But i'm enjoying a lot with my new Xiao... moreAs has been said a million times:

Apple by far has the most security of any mobile OS, the most refined OS, superior hardware (I know you're gonna come back with BUT THE HW IS YEARS OLD, blah blah blah, but all the benchmark tests completely prove that wrong), best optimisation with the HW, works without any google apps/services installed, encrypts data and doesn't add back-doors for the authorities, their App Store is light years ahead of anything android/windows with much more secure app control/quality testing, offers 5+ years of latest OS version updates, replaces faulty products on the spot without waiting, 24/7 support (even outside your warranty they'll help you in-store), have stores everywhere, no need to wait for months to get devices serviced, they offer coding/design/photography/videography/music making/editing courses with teachers in their stores for free, and many more other perks.

I'll gladly pay for all these extras and for the fact that my data and info stays with me and is not used by marketing agencies; I'll gladly pay a few hundred $$ extra instead of turning myself into a data-sharing sheep in exchange for lower device prices.

Some android users are completely delusional thinking those phones compare to iPhones. They both have hardware, but they work completely different and have totally different ideas/mentalities behind them. Apple restricts and limits data sharing, while Google does everything it can to collect and use as much information as possible.

But hey, you can transfer files from your phone to your PC. WHOOP-DI-FCKING-DOO

Anonymous, 12 Jul 2019Yeah, absolutely agree they dont seem to be used on mass in... moreYes we are both right and wrong here. But only select places sell dual sim phones. Care phone warehouse and John Lewis. But only certain handsets mainly Chinese brands. I was talking from experience Bcuz back in 2015, carphone warehouse only sold 3 phones on dual sim and nobody else in UK sold dual sim. When I mentioned high Street retailers Ieamt the primary retailers such as ee, Vodafone, three, o2. These places it's rare to find dual sim phones in the UK. Another example, the biggest UK network, ee, only sell one device in dual sim format and that's the iPhone xs max. The second sim is an e-sim but still can register any mobile number to the e-sim. The main part of my previous post is still true that it's still rare to purchase dual sim phones in the UK. Samsung don't sell dual sim phones in the UK. Chinese brands like one plus and Huawei do but through secondary retailers like carphone warehouse but only select models. Samsung only make dual sim phones in selected markets. Such as the note 9 is only available in a few countries in dual sim format mainly in Asia.

I can transfer files easily from my old phones to the 9T via OTG, WITHOUT the need for PC. That's technology. iOS???? Everything has to be done via a computer or only via clouds. Geez....

E.g First site I went to Carphonewarehouse confirmed this (27 dual sim phones) I even checked if I could pick one up in store and I clicked on a random phone and I could indeed pick it up locally here in the UK.

I'm not trying to be a sm@rtarse it's just that I knew what you we said in your previous post was simply untrue. That's all

Which they now have 4 Thunderbolt ports and no USB or HDMI or even a Ethernet port, you have to buy dongles now, a ton of them. So yeah, that's why people trash talk Apple all the time.

But dual sim phones are a rarity in the UK and people tend to order them from Asia or certain European countries. Most if not all high Street retailers do sell single sim phones. But Chinese phones are becoming more common so maybe those may come in dual sim

Another Apple article, another 5+ pages of salty Android fanbois who can't keep to their own sh1tty Android phones. What is it with your obsessions to come and try and shit on Apple all the time? You stick to your inherently inferior experience with Android, and us iOS users will stick to our secure, refined and superior experience on Apple phones.

                                2021
Iphone : We finally present to you the first truly full-screen.

Xiaomi , huawai, oneplus: We use holograms now.

2020 iPhones will still be massively overpriced, have mediocre specs like battery size and RAM, crippled by lack of features like true multi-tasking and a REAL file manager (not the petty excuse for a file manager), and lack of useful things like a headphone jack and memory card slot. There, saved you one year of predictions.
