LG Superfan, 17 Jul 2019Last note with spen? There can't be a Note without SpenYou're right, but...
Earlier there was news that they will merge S and Note series and make it annual upgrade system... So, once a year only a wide series of S phones will be launched.

It seems very much possible and practical!
They can have S10+ with a very thin SPen, so Note series won't be needed anymore.

About time!! This sensor is going on since maybe S7 days. And the aperture has been there in S9, Note 9, S10 and now Note 10.

MY expectations from the new setup is at least 1.55um pixel size, I've used N8 with 1.75um, so I know that nothing succeeds like pixel size. Even if MP is reduced to 10.
In still daytime photos, I still haven't seen pics better than N8. Not even 808 Pureview..

Aperture, if they can get a f/1.4 without compromising daylight details then let it be fixed aperture.
If they can't, then f/1.4 and f/2.0 should be the 2 options.

And of course, they're free to choose my internally rotating camera design.

AnonD-732843, 17 Jul 2019Significant for whom? This coming from a Note9 user whic... moreYou no longer have to wonder if your phone has a bright aperture or a dim one. That's pretty significant. Bright is not good in daylight which gives burned pixels. Dim is not good at night with more noise and less light. And since most devices come with a fixed aperture, you are forced to take one over the other or make a compromise which will still give inferior pictures in both case scenarios.

But I agree it's still pretty limited. I wish it could get dimmer and lighter

Just one more phone with this, and then we can finally get done new stuff. After taking away the headphone jack, I hope they can at least add since new features to the S11 to make up for it
