Xiaomi Mi A3 in for review

The phone is somewhat odd, offering a number of upgrades over last year's Mi A2, but also a few downgrades.

Does anyone else think it's ridiculous they prioritized a fingerprint sensor under the display over a 1080p display?

      It would be great if you point out in your review that this phone was likely deliberately timed to be released with Pie just before the official Q release. It's making an utter mockery of the Android One "two updates guarantee"

        Could you please comment on their release strategy. I've really scratched my head over this one. Why isn't there a CC9 version, why are they even making Android One phones?

        I would really love to hear you guys talk about the inside considerations of their road map, because I don't understand it at all.

          If only it had 1080p screen it would be my next phone instantly. I don't care much about processor because GPU is better anyways and it would give better battery life

OLED is also way better than ips and xiaomi's IPS screens are really bad (also suffer from burn-ins)

                No need for a review at all just give this abomination one out of five stars.

                  Gsmarena - please pay attention and report this in the full review; the proximity sensor. Past Xiaomi phones had issues with the screen not turning off during calls , Causing toggles turn on or off unintentionally.

                    Glass body, crappy oled, under display fingerprint (at least Xiaomis is fster than others) and prices getting higher. It seems like Xiaomi is following the trend, but unfortunatly I dom't like the trend.
