So u call overblown highlights & crushed shadows in low lights is natural? The only natural about Xperia 1 is their color science & details preservation. Nothing more.

How Sony can cover-up??? They are prebooking Xperia 1 at 1400 USD in Bangladesh where you can find Xs MAx at 1300 USD with warranty and S10 plus at 1000 USD. They will be diminished with their smartphone business for their foolishness. I used to buy Sony phone.

Sony's mobile product have the lowest quality compare to other top brand.
I dropped this product since 2016 and other brands keep on innovative and create something new, except Sony.
Brand like Huawei and Oppo even dare to offer 2 yrs warranty period.

If the device seems boring imagine to someone how lame can be all those complaining about. It's law, it's nature. My message was about how lame are so many people and you said I am too. Xperia is loosing because of losers not experiencing nor caring at all - even their marketing or selling ones. Read between the lines, if not, get a life and troll someone or something else!

First off you clearly don't even understand what HDR is. And it is a required standard.
Hdr does not mean super saturated and contrast boosted. That's what some do. Hdr is high dynamic range. Somewhere Sony has SEVERELY been behind for years. And in balancing light from bright spots to shadows.
Sony has been the worst at over blown high lights and losing details in shadows.
Just because their colors tend to not be as saturated doesn't mean their overall photo quality has been the best or is not being clearly artificially enhanced too much.
The difference is Sony is not as good with the natural or artificial processing in their phones like others are

But Huawei aren't exactly consistent, one of their recent flagships broke during the bend test but was still functional. The Honor 8 bent a lot, it doesn't matter how much a phone costs, the phone should have a good degree of bend-resistance.
