Unless West masters the scale of manufacturing at dirt cheap rates like China but with heavy automation/robotics assembly, they end up paying more either on tariff or increased cost due to tough local labour regulations!! Chinese have long penetrated all markets across the globe....they can smartly switch their games that suit them....
