Bloomberg: iPhone 11 lineup will offer improved Face ID sensor, better low-light photography

Apple is also gearing up to refresh its iPad line and is working on a second HomePod.

[deleted post]again, apple did not invented all the involved elements, they just were the first to integrate all of them in a single device that, again, currently is defined as a smartphone. if you need to feel stupid, who I am to argue?

Just take a look at Photos made by Pixel 3, Galaxy Note 8,9 or S8, S9, Huaweit mate 20, 20 Pro or P20, P20 Pro and the King of cameras Huawei P30, P30 Pro. They are years ahead of iPhones. I bet not even 2022 iPhones will be good enough to compete with these cameras specially with Huawei's camera technology.

For sure iPhone 11's camera can compete with Pixel or Pixel 2, Galaxy S9 Huawei mate 10 camera. Apple is always years behind of all other companies even from dead one like HTC and LG.

[deleted post]yes, because your opinions can be taken very seriously with a username like that.

Please, enlighten me about the amazing innovation that you're favourite phone manufacturer is producing. This new iPhone will be the expected upgrade, same as S9 to S10, P20 to P30 etc. It's not unique to Apple at all. And to be honest, I'm more interested in what you actually expect? iPhone's will always be mainstream products designed for the many. Won't have gimmicky features that aren't ready for primetime yet

I don't think that's enough for the amount of money invested. What about the battery? Will anyone at apple finally realize that battery is an important factor?

Looks like Face ID going to step to the whole new level, awesome! It's already so much better than Touch ID and now it looks like Apple going to remove two last cons from it.

It is true people link the exponential growth of the smartphone industry along with the iPhone ( and respect where due it is true) but smartphones existed way before. The Blackberry phones were the forefront of traditional smartphones before the iPhone came about and the IBM Simon Personal Communicator lay stone to what a smartphone is. Blackberry was the first smartphone to actually provide what could be called a good smartphone. The first iPhone? Innovative with the touch display? Yes. User friendly and had necessary options? That it did not. It couldn't connect to private email servers and frankly was just an iPod with cellular service. Blackberry on the other hand provided all this without the ease of a touchscreen. That was a true smartphone compared to the iPhone. Now things have changed greatly with Apple, Huawei and Samsung bringing out great smartphones each year but get your facts straight pal. :)
