All good, it's just not what I will buy.
Introduce an update for the SE and I'm definitely a customer, the rest of these gadget "innovative" devices I don't care about and will certainly not spend 800-1000€ on.

Apple innovation means it will always be one step back than other competitors while the notch is almost disappeared in 2019 and wide angle camera is standard in every android entry level phone.On other hand its Apple innovation their lowest $750 have elephant size notch and a 720p res and just now adding a wide angle camera. I m even more surprised how people waste their money on this shitty Apple innovation.

And I think all Samsung S series phones since ever had AMOLED screen since beginning. And Apple suddenly bought screens from Samsung and was boasting how marvelous iPhone X AMOLED screen was and how they made a phone with best in industry display.
That kinda was innovation - innovation by Samsung, not Apple tho...

Bigger devices are becoming norm for multiple reasons. From OEM perspectives... 1. Slight increase in size allow them to put a lot of features. If 10% bigger device has 25% better features (battery, camera etc) than commercial success also increase a lot. 2. Chip/SoC are not that big but they produce a lot of heat, bigger devices can handle it also better than compact devices.

Tesla does not innovate, because the battery come from Panasonic. Samsung does not innovate because it basically bought an OLED company. Innovation is a breakthrough idea, that no one has at the time. the first iPhone was an innovation, iPad was innovation, Blackberry phone (as a whole) was an innovation. So, just because a company pays other company to manufacture some parts, doesn't mean that the company is not innovating.
