The Palm with a 3.3” screen and acceptable bezels fits in the palm of the hand. If this has a 6.1” screen it’s not exactly palm friendly.

Gsmarena, stop calling it Xperia 2 when it is an Xperia 1 Compact.

If they want to succeed Sony has to launch their flagships as fast as they can next year. Also sell 3 different size variants in the same time like Samsung or Apple. And finally figure out camera software to be on par with other flagships.

Depends. They even consider xperia 1 to fit in the palm of your hands.

It could be " xperia 2" tipped to be same size of xperia 10 or smaller phone, because there are rumors of a small phone as small as iphone SE.

Xperia 20 got cancelled, it would be Japan exclusive.

                  6.1", Compact? LOL.
Even with a 120% s2b :D it wouldn't be exactly "compact" by the standards of the year decent compacts were last available (so no officer, your argument bout HTC One S being huge in 2012 doesn't cut it)

6.1 is BIG,most of the people who not live somewhere in Asia or USA do not want a tv in their pocket

Get ready for another overpriced phone months behind hardware, design, and features.
If it wasnt for so many Xperia fanboys they might stop phone sales and reconsider their stragety.

Those bezels would need to be almost non-existent like in note 10 if they names phone with 6.1'' screen - "compact".

If it has a 6.1" screen, it is not a small phone. When you have a ~60mm wide phone with ~4.5" screen, then we can again talk about small phones.

Lmao the ruler in the background

I only use small phones and there is nothing on the market right now. Lets hope for a new compact phone from Sony, after XZ2 compact.

As long as the footprint is the same as the Xperia compacts of the past like Xperia 2 being basically like a Xperia XZ2 Compact without the bezels.
