Samsung galaxy S10 series or Note 10 series wouldn't survive with just 4GB of ram, even though Apple is so greedy to add 2GB extra to make it a total of 6GB in its so called "pro" models, in regards of how smooth and fluid they runs with just 4GB of ram!
this is why samsung needs 8GB of ram as a base to run so fluid otherwise it will stutter and hiccup! Also, samsung are so known to get slowed down after a while of usage even with that new oneUI and 8GB or ram as a base.(reported by a samsung user as a disappointment)

Samsubg made them by the standards they had already. Apple was able to slightly improve on tech because of release time. Which means they didnt really improve it. Samsung did. And samsung was then able to be slightly better than the iphone oled display with their next release cause they are able to continually improve it by percentages every release.
Learn to use your brain. And follow releases and measurements.
