                Porsche Design is really something special, if that would cost 1000€ it would be my choice...no matter of what it lacks or what other have better, it is pure sex.
                but since it will cost double as much I am ready to pay for a phone, I will look how regular Mate 30(the one with the flat screen)will compare to Oneplus 7t.

                    The vanilla Mate 30 if it comes with IP68 could outsell the Pro version, just because edge screens and now the waterfall screen are impractical and less durable than flat screens.

                              The edges are so deep. This screen shape would be best used in some sort of multitasking system. They could do something like show icons or tabs for background apps and allow you to switch from one to the other at one simple touch. The one other option is for virtual bottoms.

                              Huawei is really trying hard to differentiate itself from the rest and they should be commended for it.

Just copycat everything on the m... moreThat's an invalid argument since many companies have been copying each others' design languages to the level where it has become really difficult to find 100% original design. iPhone 11 has a camera design ripped off from Mate 20 Pro(but Apple managed to make it far uglier), Pixel has been following almost every single move that iPhone makes, Note 10 literally looks like Xperia XZ Premium and P30 Pro had a baby, and so on. As for UI design... uhh, EMUI 10 actually looks very similar to the stock Android and One UI, so I'm not quite sure where that complaint is coming from.
