      Oh my, using a chipset from 2-3 years ago? That is very disappointing, to say the least. The new screen aspect ratio isn't helping matters, and dual cameras? We'll have to wait and see.

                    Sony: xperia 8 with sd 630, 4gb ram 64 rom, 2,760 Mah for only $500.

                        This sony phone is so much better then Pixel.

                        Pixel show laziness in a flagship class phone. The front is BLACK, no matter what color. Means they make tons of same black glass in the factory.. slap the back plate.

                        Sony phone over here, white, have white bezels on the front.

                        Not saying all Sony phone are like this, they also have black front, and back diff color.

                        But Sony phone has nice coloring. Go on Sony! Make more phones like these.

                          Sony's naming game is a scam, this company should be gone in a mobile industry for good, though I like their play station department.

The 21:9 ratio have the benefits were review by Gsmarena, you are bias because 19:9 and 18:9 is tall too but I don't see you bashing there, you should stop taking about bezel here, the Gsmarena's review has shown the bezel is slim and tiny and most importantly it doesn't come with any notches. Oh I know you don't love notch but it doesn't innovative at all, such a gimmick only pay your attention on the notch while you watch your the display!

                                    xperia 1 is a flagship, but xperia 8 is a midrange. How can "non-tech" people know which one is a flagship and which one is not? Most people will think xperia 8 is better, because it has higher number (8 > 1)

                                        Some of their phones are so fresh looking but maaaan they've left the tower with these prices.

                                        Imho?
                                        I'd get startled by a fresh shiny new XA2 at 200 buckaroos.
                                        I'd drool all over the 10 Plus at 250 bux.
                                        I'd frigging [redacted childish stuff related to love-making] having seen an XZ1 Compact at 300 bucks.
                                        All new sealed with proper valid warranty of course.

                                        Now THIS, is just stupid.
