Samsung will start testing the Galaxy S11 periscope camera soon

MecaTech Systems will reportedly start shipping test hardware for the 5x optical zoom camera on the upcoming flagship.

    Shui8, 07 Oct 2019P30 Pro & Oppo Reno just says hi.C'mon now. 5x Periscope Telephoto lens should be a standard in the future of mobile phones. There's no need to cry foul over copying because it's standardization.

    All phones should expect to have >4000mah battery with Reverse/Bilateral Wireless Charging, 5x Periscope camera, >40MP Quad Bayer cameras, bigger than 1/2.0 sensors on all types of cameras or two types of cameras, selfie camera that should take 4K resolution, a headphone jack with Quad DAC, 120hz optional AMOLED/MicroLED or uses LG's Transparent OLED for the underscreen camera and fingerprint sensor which these should be part of it and more to come.

            Periscope = awful 8MP 1/4"

            This kind of sensor is not good even for front camera.

                I hope the headphone jack gets back to the S11 just like what we did to the microSD card slot for the S7.

                I'm sure that alot of people didn't buy the Note 10 series because of that alone.

                  I wont be using the 5x Zoom but its good its there for whoever does use it, for me 2X is sufficient.
