If Samsung, Huawei, Nokia, Sony, Xiaomi and Google don't exist OnePlus would be a good option... xD

Also, any phone beyond 500USD SHOULD have waterproofing by default.
You say that it has it but it's not certified. That means you have no warranty for it if it gets wet. So it's illogical to pay so much money for it when other flagships have it..
Also, I mentioned there's no SD card slot. You selectively choose what you want from my post huh?
Like I said : this is a nothing but a flagship wannabe. OP may fool you and others that don't have a clue about what QUALITY means in a smartphone, but they can't fool me.

with no 12gb option(and yes nobody consideres premium priced mclaren edition jsut to get the 12gb!) - NO IT IS NOT worth upgrade!

Is it just me but oneplus phones are getting ever bigger, but my hands and pockets ain't.
I would really like a 5" to 5,8" full screen top-spec phone that would fit well in hand.
And that is the biggest grief I have not upgraded since 1+3, there just is no good upgrade option without going gigantuous.
And i don't like curved screens.

They came with first phone having 8GB of ram and many else and even to the present day they offers best flaghsips with pure android experience and the best add-on of all cell phones which is called Cyanogen.
There is a lot more but i am too tired to think at the moment.

The price and the camera quality don't matter that much for me. It would seem all OP fans care about is the price, but they all forget to mention about the missing features that truly make a phone a high-end flagships. This is more like a flagship wannabe.
I'm waiting to get either the Note 10+, either S11+ in about 6 months or even Xperia 1.

I have a op6 and 7t misses far too much. Especially wireless charging for me to even consider it as upgrade. Like they're charging freaking 700 better give flagship features then. S10 costs that much now... I could flash stock Android on it and get a better deal than op now
Man basic model of apple 11 stuill uses or have in box 5V/1A thats too fdar from fast charge.
Wireless charging is interesting thing to have but cable cobnvient charging is faster stable and better.
Removing Samsung UI from S10 and then instaling custom OS or pure android takes too much time not everybody can do it and voiding warranty is the worst thing a person cad do. Especialy with such expensive device.
If something bad happens noone will fix it for free because you violated and voided your warranty.
So your S10 way you want it is not a better deal but far more worse.

If you're upgrading your phone every 6 months to 1.5 years, then there's actually little reason to complain about software updates. When you upgrade your phone, you're getting the updated software anyway. For instance:
2013: HTC One / Samsung Galaxy S4 / Nexus 4
2014: OnePlus One / Samsung Note 3 / Nexus 5
2015: OnePlus 2 / Samsung Note 4E / Nexus 6P
2016: OnePlus 3 / Samsung S7E / ZTE Axon 7
2017: OnePlus 5 / Samsung S8+ / Pixel 2XL
2018: OnePlus 6 / Samsung Note 9 / Razer Phone 2
2019: OnePlus 7t / Samsung S10+ / Lenovo Z6 Pro

My opion is that 7T is the best OP to buy best value for money and u get all the features from OP. Also personally i like how the cameras look like.

In fact for majority, phone upgrade should happen every 2 years or so similar to most telco plans, unless you are willing to pay for upgrade on annual basis.

One Plus has slowly been increasing their prices, since they now have Hollywood celebs on board now. They could have just done with better and more innovative advertising. They should drop unnecessary advertising expenses and concentrate on more bang for the buck.
