So far hasn't been much report of that, and most of the people only use the phone for 2-3 years, the camera probably outlive the battery or the screen. I for one will take pop-up camera anytime, enjoy the screen rather than worry about it.

The waterdrop notch is the best implementation, then it's the punch-hole notch. Pop-up/sliding/rotating cameras are stupid, unreliable, and prone to damage; you can't get more gimmicky than those haphazard features. And I like what Meizu is doing too, I wish more smartphone companies did what they're doing.

Punch hole will be a step downwards from k20 notchless design, unless they are planning to get IP rating certification!
