Max 1 came out when even the note series is only 5.5-5.7". Right now note series is 6.5" which is already bigger than the max 2, and a little behind the max 3.

You can try unlocking your Redmi 3S' bootloader and flashing a custom ROM based on a newer Android version to it.

This article is about products launched internationally i mean Global Products, if i am not wrong. And our beloved Mi Note 3 is not a Global one, rather Chinese Edition. Kindly check the link below in this article. There is an article's link given from GSmarena, where it is mentioned that Mi Note 3 will get MIUI11 on mid October, something like that. MIUI update doesn't bring Android version update. This is just a custom skin update. I received upto MIUI 10 update in my Redmi 3S not Android 8 or 9. It is still in Android 6. Nothing to surprise with these updates. Just a Gimmick.

And how about giving us some good camera features as well, like proper Manual controls (as good as found on their flagship handsets), great Night Mode, and excellent video stabilization? I know it's too much to ask, but I really wish they'd consider doing these. Better yet, just give us full camera 2 api and give us the freedom to do the camera software tweaks in our own ways.
Among these, the first one is the most crucial one and really NEEDS to happen. Is it too much to ask for a decent quality audio recording without having to use third party apps?
Messed up on MIUI 9, barely improved on 10, how about do your job on 11?
So many great moments of my life that I record with my phone, and ALL are ruined by this f**ed up audio software.
If that ain't enough reason to fix this damn problem, I don't know what else is. Either way, I'll be switching phone brand by next year, so IDGAF anymore.

And mi note 3 will not get miui 11? That is very bad,cause devices like redmi 4, note 4,redmi 5a get it.Also max series is without update. If they close max and mi note line,that doesn't mean that they should stop support. Also I see here that redmi note 8 pro get update last and will be always like that. Mtk is mtk.....

why is the mi 9 not on the list? i thought they will update it first because it is their flagship and was released first.
