I doubt it.
This feature is a major update, and it'll probably be reserved alongside TouchID for the 2021 Models. The 2020 Models will likely differentiate themselves from the 2019 Models by removing the notch and changing the Aspect Ratio.

60hz can cost you up to 1500$, i can't imagine how much they charge for a 90hz, let alone a 120hz

Even midranges from Sony/Sharp already use 120Hz.
People celebrate 90.
