dude111, 06 Nov 2019If this include the "lite" models then its barely an achievement.Gotta agree with you. the lite versions are always inflated devices that sell mostly because of their shared name with the true flagships. They are not bad phones but they are sold as if they were something greater.

Independent stores wouldn't buy more devices if they aren't in high demands. Use some common sense and think before you say. It's one of the posting rules.

Company's dont think people... moreSame as other OEMs, Huawei will not manufacture or shipped out any of its phones without any order or demand from the market. Are you aware that there are phone models which becomes OBSOLETE or stopped production because of low demand? Shipped will be SOLD and will not just be DISPLAYED by sellers on their shelves.
FYI, each country or region have its own marketing team.

Fpr example if they sell 100.000 units to one store, they get paid for them.
If the store does not sell, the store will lose money.
That is why we still find old stuff like TV, cellphones, fridge, fan etc at stores ....

Company's dont think people where fooled by the term "shipped", like, many many of this shipped phones still be in the shelves or warehouses all around the world so, dont count as sell units! LOL

I bet this number is more than flagships from Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo combined.
That is no surprise.
Mate 30 Pro even at $1000 is better cost/benefit than Xiaomi Mi9 Pro at half price or OnePlus 7T Pro at near $700.
