Here is another fact then since you fanboys seem to be so uneducated and uninformed about your own devices, you don't need to have android to run android apps, OpenMobile ACL allows you to run over 250,000 android apps on your MeeGo OS device without installing another OS, also if they wanted to just run apps they wouldn't have ported ICS, they would've ported Gingerbread as ICS isn't fully compatible with all the apps on the app market.

It has sum kind of random floating display in gallery instead of the earlier ordered one. Its beautiful but slightly problematic to use as the pics move randomely anywhere. But still m glad dat at least apple wudnt b able to sue it :)

According to the source u mentioned it says that the photo gallery of sgs2 works the way dat apple's does (swipe n scroll) which is why it was banned. But since the question btw us ws abt design,My post stands n no apologies to u.
Second i never said that samsung or android is perfect. I just say that currently nokia is falling behind the competetion in terms of performance n value-for-money smartphones.
Third. Just point out one instance where i havnt been fair or judicious. If ur refering to the post sayin dat nokia fans dont hav the sense to know which product is bttr then know dat it was a counter to ur post saying it was a shame dat ppl like me were shifting to sammy just for android without caring abt brand image.

Truth:
the ban on sale in europe (though not ENTIRE EUROPE), was applicable for SGS2 and ACE.
Reason:
Apple has some F**king patent on 'the Way Gallery app is working" . honestly, i never heard that kind of patent. para in {} is the copy from the source. Samsung did few modifications to the app, dont exactly now what they are to get out of that patent.
{The injunction was granted because the court feels the way you swipe and scroll through photos infringes one of Apple's patents, numbered EP2058868}
Where Applicable:
for the countries which Recognize the patent ( only country we know is DUTCH, and probably germany (not sure on this though).
The Kicker:
The ban is applicable only for 7 WEEKS from the date of judgement i.e 21 AUG 2011. i reckon we all know when it has completed.
Now if Somnath is not aware, we cant help that, can we?
The description of the patent irritated me more than somnath

Not the no. 1 phone brand.
Nokia still leads.
It is the no. 1 cell phone brand in India.
Last year Nokia also recognises as the Most trusted brand in India, where's samsung place is 55th.

Why Meego failed miserably? lot of info available, DIY to get the facts.
A device is not potent by itself, there is a lot of HARDWORK done by an enthusiastic developer behind the porting.
Please appreciate the efforts rather than complaining whats not working. If i were you, i'd have elaborated whats working on the ported o/s. btw, I dont expect N9 to be compatible for ICS, bcoz its not built for ICS anyway.
Dont include feature phones when the conversation is about Smartphones. i reckon you know the difference.

Common. All of us know that Nokia is the one of the reliable phone maker. And ur N95 is a smartphone, so it is slow. And the hardwares are too old for a smartphone and also the S60 on that time is crap.
Just think at that time u get a smartphone, while others company don't know what smartphone is.
Doer the software in ur D40 is very fast like S30. I am sure it will not.
