The Samsung Galaxy S11 trio to bring laser autofocus

Previously, Samsung relied on the Dual Pixel AF feature of the sensor. Why change that now?

              any info on the S11e having a high refresh rate screen? maybe it will have 90Hz instead of 120?

                    Why would Samsung put macro like other ( worst part is the fact other use 2MP camera), if they can do with the 27/108 wide?

                            Though, the Bayer layout would probably make the design and processing unnecessarily complicated.

                              Fifth could be either a macro one or 2x telephoto (well I mean 5x is sometimes too much)

                              Gotta bet on the macro

                                To my knowledge there are no renders yet of the S11+, the one you refer to in the article is a render of the S11, as stated in the original article.

                                        How the hell will dual pixel auto focus be on this sensor with so many pixels... Especially a first gen sensor like this
