You need to check your Galaxy Nexus build, I found out that only yakju build gets a direct support from google, mine which is yakjuzs from hong kong samsung. now how this roll out plays out? don't know, but the Nexi will get the updates sooner or later http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1419170

Last OTA update to 4.0.3 Nexus S, i got it on 2nd day. But now still nothing. Btw i from Malaysia. Not everyone can update manually, if something wrong to our phone. Our telco definitely will not responsible on it.

For all those who say you have to root to update manually are wrong!!! You DON'T have to root! All you have to do is set up fast boot and an adb and unlock your bootloader.. then follow a simple method and you're all done. If you need help just email me at ahmato27@gmail.com and I'll try my best to help you.

Tezp, 31 Mar 2012From what I'm reading all over the web... almost no one has... moreYour wrong. I figured that no one was receiving the OTA update so I manually flashed the update from Google's code site and it worked really well. I don't really care about the OTA update, I love manually doing it as soon as they say its rolling out. So I don't have to wait for the release date. Its a pretty good update and fixes a lot of bugs and makes the UI noticibly faster. I reccomend you manually do it.
