Samsung Galaxy S11 will reportedly use the Snapdragon 865 chipset in more regions

11 December 2019
In fact, only one region will stick with the Exynos 990 chipset. This hasn't been officially confirmed yet, however.

They mostly prefer apple and follow along the biased ideas of how Snapdragon is so much better desire exynos being over superior in so many ways?? Only for the past two out of 10 generations has the exynos been a little behind... But still worthy... And for good reason...
What a shame to think your whole market is lacking in intellect like that.

The European market is a large market place larger than the US market that favour mostly Apple so can Samsung explain why they are putting the new snapdragon 865 in phones that are going to all other regions in world apart from Europe. Why does Samsung not put the snapdragon 865 in all the S models that way everybody who is paying high end prices will get the same no discrimination?

The thing is, why is everything centering around the US itself? That's what I'm concerned about.

And what about Samsung saying there's no challenge making 5nm chipsets (2+ years ago), then why didn't they? Why? Who goofed up and by what sort of influence?

I think you and me both will agree that this year's will be the worst Exynos ever, vs a similar Snapdragon... S7's Exynos was superior, S9's was superior at single core, but worse at GPU, S10 ok but inferior at GPU, and now this..

Note to iPhone fan girls: tell Apple to lose the bathtub notch look already.

Most users USE PC to transfer files from iphone to the other. Same goes for the android. If you did laugh someone with an iphone on their face. How did you end up the debate with him/her?

Android is best and have no issues? LOL! No smartphone is perfect. Just so you know. These are some of the issues that are still plaguing on android.
1. Fragmentation.
2. Google play services ram hog.
3. Very Slow OS updates.
4. Google Stadia.
5. Malwares or even spywares.
6. Junk Apps. And even
7. Hardwares.
I've own two portable devices from different brands. And I've used android for a long time before I even own an ios device. So I know the problems that android has.

Whatever the issues, need to be fixed. But then again many iOS users have gotten used to the tyrannical prison system of iOS. That is why I laugh at them (sometimes on their face).

This is why Android is the best and have no such issues. Easy to use, just plug and play, one click transfer of files (wired or wireless). Hence the ease of use argument.

I remember what I'm posting. Which is why. I DIN'T SAY FOR ALL SMARTPHONE DEVICES WITH DIFFERENT OS.
Now, if you look at this post from apple forums:
https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/12885
There has been a debate as to why WIFI direct doesn't work on Non-ios devices. Which is why I suggest bluetooth because it's one of the best choice to transfer files WIRELESSLY if you're using an iphone/ipad(Now that I added this sentences. This would clear the confusion).

Why don't you look up your own post history, u clearly said, "WiFi Direct on ios only works on the same OS. Have some problems when it's not the same OS. Which is why bluetooth is the best choice to transfer files"

How about those people who bought galaxy fold, Huawei Mate Porsche design models. ROG 1 and 2, or even the Huawei Mate x? Aren't those android device that I've mentioned are also for status symbol? Especially if they're selling it at a limited stocks and at a very high price than a 512GB iphone 11 pro max?

Read my latest comments. I didn't say that bluetooth device is best for transferring files.
If you think transfering files by using PC is an outdated tech. Tell that to the asians.

Yes gigabytes of data will take a minute or two maximum.
But can you even do that on Bluetooth? No..
So stop claiming Bluetooth is best mode to transferring files.
Outdated OS like iOS should support WiFi direct to other OS devices as well and not force users to use considerably slower Bluetooth. That is ease of use.
Enjoy your outdated tech.

This is good for us wanting more control over the camera. The Exynos chipset haven't been well supported by third-party camera apps, mainly due to Samsung not exposing full control in the APIs, for example not allowing control of sharpning and noise reduction. The Snapdragon API on the other hand offer full control so you can achieve near-RAW photo quality without having to annoy yourself with shooting in RAW,.

A few seconds to transfer files VIA WIFI-Direct? Does that includes transferring gigs of downloaded videos using WIFI Direct? You didn't even mentioned on the ios side when using WIFI-Direct to transfer files from android or PC. And how it is arranged. In the end. Most people would just connect to the PC and transfer files.

In a few seconds, files get transfered on WiFi direct, less than 1% battery drain. You can continue to use stone Age technology.

Even if Bluetooth is slower than WIFI-direct. It consumes less power than WIFI-direct. If you're with your friends/colleagues. And you wanted to share some files on the go. How good is the battery life from using the bluetooth compared to WIFI-Direct?

Apple may be behind when it comes to camera and screen quality. But they are first when it comes to software. And their latest phone is the only smartphone in the world that can survived up to 4 meters underwater. No smartphone is perfect so that's why there are some users who get both android and ios smartphones.
