Samsung Galaxy S11 will reportedly use the Snapdragon 865 chipset in more regions

This is nothing but good news for us Indians as we will be getting the 865 from this year onwards , as even we had exynos on the top tier devices which was frankly speaking quite weird as mid range devices had snapdragon on those sammy's.. For me as an individual , don't care much as I am relishing A13 currently.. But Sammy will have a good sales figures in 2020 onwards as people in India were avoiding exynos but now tables have turned .. Feel sorry for EU .. Loads of love from India.

That's why I sold my Exynos S7 Edge.
Almost gave them a chance again by buying a S10e but remembered about the trash Exynos and bought a OnePlus 7 instead.

They should just use the exogyn for all their S11e and Snapdragon for all their S11 and S11+ problem solved...

lol, I see lots of Europeans losing their **** for this and saying they will switch brands – so why have they been able to cope with the "vastly inferior" Exynos versions with the "vastly inferior" Samsung sensors for so long? shouldn't they have switched before?

Anybody that used the S10 with that ship processor knows it is nowhere near the performance and battery use of Snapdragon.
Here in Brasil there all S9 are Snapdragon while all S10 are Exynos.
S9 feels more responsible and drain less battery than S10.

It's like a fkn slap in the face by Samsung!
How many fkn years we'll have to wait in mainland (only 500mil-mostly non ios lovers) will have to use their underperforming exynos!!!
I'm ashamed user of poorly performing s7,s8 and I've used snapdragon version which IS FASTER in everyday usage!

1. Comes to pricing strategy, iPhones are quite simply overpriced. £1500 for a iPhone 11 Max with 512Gb. You can get a high end Android device with over 512Gb for way less than that!
2. Way behind when it comes to doing memory expansion slots, if iPhones are so good why not provide the consumer with a proprietary memory card slot? Too difficult?
3. Way behind when it comes to connectivity, BT is useless for most things, want to swap files with a Android device, you have to email them, which is a fat lot of use if you have no network coverage!
4. Way behind Android devices when it comes to using standard USB ports, must have a stupid lightning connector or other odd connection instead of a standard USB C or Micro USB connector. Which bumps up the retail price.

All the best tech are fabbed on TSMC 7nm+ and soon 5nm. Samsung still fab its chip on outdated process and even Snapdragon 865 is on 7nm+ while Apple and Huawei moves to 5nm
