26 December 2019
It would probably launch alongside the upcoming Xperia flagship in February.

Kissio, 26 Dec 2019It shows that there are lots of uninformed people here like... moreLow res screen with bad viewing angles and too much curve, stuck on 60Hz.
Awkward volume adjustment due to lack of pressure sensors unlike NEX3.
"Ultrawide" module with much narrower FoV than Samsung and Apple.
    Mediocre battery.
    Mediocre speakers.
    No headphone jack.
    Niche storage format.
That's far from "a winning phone in everything". Looks like you're quite deluded, to be calling others uninformed.

    ROGP2 is the better phone.

It shows that there are lots of uninformed people here like @skoda9635 at post #1.

I have a Mate 30 Pro 5G with Google and it's the most beastly device ever made at all: It's amazing its camera, its screen, its performance, its connectivity ... loser has absolutely nothing.

It is a winning phone in EVERYTHING, and there is currently no Android device that is better than the Matte 30 Pro 5G, not one.

        "Mate X got everything right"
Nope. A search would yield photos of Mate X units in the wild with broken screens like the immature release of Galaxy Fold earlier.

Huawei needs new leadership fast and it needs to be someone who is not Chinese and affilated with the CCP. (Yeah, right!)

Then, and only then, will the US would even consider reducing/removing the embargo from Huawei.

The biggest loser of 2019 is Huawei/Honor. They delivered weird devices with basically the same specs (Honor mainly) but yeah P30 Pro was a great smartphone. It seems to me that Huawei is not going to recover even though they have a lot of supporters but the trade war was a major hit for them. Whether they will release their Haromny OS or not and will continue putting new models only to be available in China their are going to fail miserably in the rest of the world. If they will push phones to Western markets like the EU but without Google almost no one will buy their phones. I wish to see Huawei go away completely (even though my phone is Honor). It's because their weird and clunky EMUI and those locked bootloaders.
