surprisingly great and apt name for the phone, it really is the successor to the iphone 8. For the latest specs in a compact, classic tried and true design, $399 is reasonably priced. Should've bought this instead of my iphone 11, phones are getting too big and heavy.

Here we go again with the constant bashing of Apple. This phone is clearly targeting a very specific group of people. They couldn't care less about tiny bezels, 4 cameras or some half a$$ed in-screen fingerprint scanner, they just want something that could be used one handed. This phone is going to be an absolute major breadmaker for Apple and will break records

I think you are a tad bit mistaken in the differ... moreYou don't have to program pretty much anything aside from screen resolution and ratio or specific chipset instructions if you want to tap into them. Android in it's core is a virtual machine and this is why it can run on such different internal hardware combinations but that is also the reason why it's resource hungry a lot more than any other mobile OS ever released. That's also the reason why Android was utter garbage until Lollipop cause hardware processing power has finally matured by that point. Android relies on hardware brute power while iOS, Windows Phone, BB10 to say all rely on hardware efficiency. That's why those OSes operated as fast as Android while having less RAM and slower chipsets.
It's same as running Windows natively or as virtual machine.

there are a lot of people who will buy an iphone because it's an iphone. this is within their budget. they don't care about the technicalities. it's an iphone and they can afford it. that's all that matters to them. this phone is for them.

This phones future depends of how big battery is if its 2500 then this device wirth attention but if its same as iphone 8 then rip this phone.

So how can normal 6 incher ever compare to the dimension of this phone?? take a good look around..
We are not even taking into consideration this is a flagship SOC.

If iMes... moreOh it will be very successful, iPhone XR worldwide top seller phone Q3 2019, low res LCD screen and mediocre rear camera.
This is much cheaper and still has a fast processor. You can never underestimate apple.
