As a consumer I have to give credit to Apple. The deserve this.
I have always been extremely happy with all my apple devices. And yes I do have Windows laptops and android phones and tablets too. But as a consumer Apple is by far the best experience.
Expensive but worth it!
Problem with a 23 month old iPad (single dead pixel). Walked in to apple store when out for a coffee. Walked out with a new one without any drama. Battery replaced on my iPhone 7 plus after 2 years of ownership for £29 with the phone resealed properly. My iphone 5s looks like new and with a new battery is still a nice little device to use as a backup or a streaming device for the car.
Macbook is just such a better everyday device. Apple devices just don't age! They last, they look minimalistic and have no nonsense things on them. Everything works. Plenty of updates for many years. Accessories that work and easy to find! Strong resale value. No ads, no bloatware, no black market repair parts, no chipset lottery, no waiting for your country to receive the latest update. Devices are always relevant!
If you have the money Apple is the way to go.

NotAnOpinion, 10 Jan 2020Old A12X bionic beats new SD865.That beats new A13 as well! Talk sometime meaningful! A12X was for tablet devices with more power hungry soc like mobile processors! Knock me when new A13 able to beat old SD855 (note 10+)

With 399$ and 499$ phones this year, it might reach target quiet fast. Hopefully battery life on both these phones remains excellent.

Trade-in your old iPhone to discount a bit on a newer meanwhile they restore it to be sold again as refurbished or dismantled entirely with their robots and reuse the materials as much as possible.

I just wish they made better entry level ipads, they all use old ass chips and very little RAM/storage. Here's hoping later this year...
