i just hope they could up the screen to 120Hz refresh rate, keep the 240Hz touch sampling rate, give it bigger and individually amplified stereo speakers, and bigger battery. if this happens i'll be happy to ditch my asus rog phone 2 for this.

let them whine and complain all they want

Instead let's just let them keep charging more while barely upgrading and even while downgrading. In fact let's just go back to 64mb ram, and 128mhz single core. You'll never need more than that.
Oh well. You might not use it all for a while. Boohoo. As long as it's an extra in the device at a fair price then why are you making it a negative thing? And it simply means they shouldn't run into ram issues for years to come.

There is n... moreGPU(newer) limitation shouldn't considered as lag because you can decrease the settings to solve this.
Now the thing is, Everything is laggy. Even the keyboard connected to a computer has lag.
But in general we consider it lag when it's badly noticeable. If the CPU is good then the lag can happen because of poor RAM, slow storage, slow network connection and mainly it happens for weak CPU, poor optimization of that device or the app has poor optimization. I am wondering what lag is in you dictionary.
This is one of the reason for having negative impression about online. People can get away with anything. People can be a pro techy without knowing the key things here.

There is no such thing as perfection. iPhones have and will lag things. Wp sure had them. But most phones hardly ever have them. And an unoptimized game or let end gpu dropping frames and throttling...as related to what they were saying.... Is not the same thing as lag.
And again no phone if immune to any of the above. Grow up and get over yourself. And maybe do some research

Why would "power users" appreciate the additional RAM when it serves ZERO purpose? Unused RAM never, EVER improves performance, and no "power user" phone ever utilizes more than 6 to 7GB at any given time. Maybe it helps their ego?

Excellent news! - Finally a brute beast of 865 snapdragon with a pure 16GB of Ram. Thank God! Somebody has finally lifted up the benchmark!
Great for the power hungry user. Especially if running several games and other apps such video processing/converting.
