29 January 2020
The iPhone 11 is “the strongest iPhone lineup we’ve ever had.” Apple still struggled with AirPods high demand.

And yes Samsung customer service is horrible, i’ve heard lot of negative things about that and last summer got my experience too. Samsung broke my TV and millions of others with update and it took whopping 3 months to fix it. It wasn’t small problem. Favorite channel list couldn’t stay on. That tells quite a lot about Samsung.

Yes there doing well. I think there on the way up. But will never be as big as Samsung. Ive been an apple owner had iphone 4/6/7 and ipad mini. But there over priced. Thats what kinda swayed me away to Samsung.

I am using Apple Iphone 11 pro max (256GB) since launch and it is absolutely fantastic. Better life is awesome despite very heavy use, overnight battery drain is minimal, camera is awesome and calls so clear. I made a great choice as was fed up with Samsung S10 plus and awful Samsung customer services. Will be using this iphone for many more years to come!!

All I’ll say is my own list was longer that than that by 2012, and has only grown much larger since.

To get to your point, you are claiming an unbiased opinion, yet clearly demonstrating anything but. You are also generalising, there are many reasons why someone would opt for iOS over android. That being said, software support, despite your clumsy exaggeration, is objectively better with iOS, and this is a desirable factor to many.

This is a big lie. Most iPhone users keep their phones 4-5 years.

You know where i know? based on sales. If mass would upgrade their iPhones every two years. iPhone sales would be two or three times higher than they currently are. Maybe you talk about small minority tech people who upgrade their phones lot often. Normal people keep their devices longer and longer every year. That's what Apple also noticed and that's why they give you so long support, so when it's time upgrade that old phone, atleast Apple made their user happy and can hope that will help them to upgrade to another iPhone when it's the time for a new phone.

And based on this article, it's working very well

Keep in mind that most people who purchased new iPhones 11/11pro line came from older models and they aren't paying full price for these either. All carriers had some type of deal on the newer line up with trade-in from 6s/7 models. People who purchased iPhone want iPhones and don't care about the lastest and greatest. This 5G surge won't be a big as of an upgrade cause the average customer can care less about that. They want a phone that works, a good camera that's it. To add to that, alot of consumers upgraded from the iPhone X as well, so those individuals aren't jumping ship just for 5G.

This is sooo hilarious. I am so glad that so many iPhones where sold. Great!

Now those who saw Feb MWC coming with plenty of 865 handsets to choose from. And of course by far better cameras than the iPhone 11 pro max...

Can enjoy the far superior handset than any thing apple currently has...

Some of my friends are already shunning there iphone 11's for what android has coming out this Feb...

                  This is so funny.

Biggest waste of money the iPhone 11... 4g. 60 hz... Mega notch... 12mp camera. Sooo g future proof. Really?

The reason for so many updates with iOS is because of the number of bugs... Have you seen the update lists?

Imagine an iPhone 11 compared to a Droid flagship in 5 years time... 60hz... 4g...slow charging... iOS... No way.

Those phones are for mainstream Westerners who don't know any different.

Of course they put after market support behind their prices, that is nothing else but a joke that people actually believe whilesome don not even understand what that is. While i support the idea of keeping a brand alive that is why, of course, their needs to be some ideas where the money come from, i do not support the i deea of fulling everyone that can be fulled. Apples way o doing business has nothing to do with "care for people" their first thing in mind is how to make extreme big pockets and after that to see if support is necessery or to include some small throttling codes into the updates when people stopped buying for to long making the pockets a little thinner and unacceptable for the growing greed of it's shareholders.

AnonD-893029, 29 Jan 2020‘It’s safe to say’ Based on your own personal experience? ... moreNot necessarily in this order: Nokia Lumia 710, Nokia Lumia 430, Nokia Lumia 530, 2 Allview smartphones, 1 Eboda smartphone (I don't remember the models), Samsung S3, HTC 628 Desire, LG Flex 1, Sony Xperia Z1, Samsung A5 2016, Asus Zenfone Max 3, Huawei P10 Lite, Huawei P10, Samsung S9+, Nokia 7 Plus, Xiaomi 8 SE, iphone 8 Plus, Samsung A20e (my current phone).
This are the smartphones I owned starting from 2012. The least amount of time I had a smartphone was 1 month, the biggest time was 8 months (the S9+).
Yes, I throw away my iphone 8 plus to buy a mid-range phone from Android. And I had the iphone for around 5 months. I bought it, because I had the money and I wanted to see what is all the hype with Apple. Biggest mistake of my life, in terms of gadgets bought. And I bought a lot of gadgets (not only phones) in my life.

So, that is why I said I am talking from own experience.

And I am not a fanboy of any brand. I met a lot of fanboys, but I can tell you for sure, the Apple fanboys are the most illogical in their arguments. They just say is Apple and buy it no matter what else (no matter the design, battery and display size, charger capabilities). Or say they get updates for 10 years but they still change their phone after 2. Is like seeing a bad movie. But, some of my friends are Apple fanboys, so I learnt to get by this.

That already are ... moreFun fact, 98% customer satisfaction for new iPhones, i don't expect them to switch to those galaxies which you are thinking. Also nowdays it's quite rare thing to change ecosystem. Sales usually comes from upgraders.

Fun fact also to end part your list, hardly no-one cares. Just check the iPhone 11 sales not Pro version. Do you really think most cares of those things? No-one will switch from 11 Pro to galaxy S20 to have a 5G. People who bought Pro could have just waited S20 if they wan't that, heck they could have bought S10 5G or note 10 5G. but we all know how bad those selling, not even Samsung users are spending extra to have 5G. So don't try to make 5G as any kind of point, that's just silly.

More reliable and official evidence will suggest that there are a great number of users who have experience of both platforms, who then choose Apple’s product range and services over alternatives. I am one of them.
