You could do 2 things though: 1) Leave it as it is and 2) you could give your own vote. This will help users to see what is the official mark of GsmArena.com and a second user-mark. I know that possibly the GsmArena.com vote would be inspiring for users that will want to vote, but at least you could see if users like the phone like you do, and if not and the two votes are opposite to each other, that gives us some more data about the phone, like in real life it´s not so good than when you made the review. This could help you too to see the almost real thinking of your readers like me. Let it work ;)

#2 sounds good but #3 is the best. It will really hurt the classic phones that dont get the same publicity anymore :( but the fanboys must b stopped!!! @ whatever cost

You should show to ratings
one by gsm arena in which only you ratings would be shown and an another people's rating where people could vote.
and moreover you could make a max and min limits for ratings. For eg:- if the phone is really very good in features people coun't vote below 5. And if it is very bad in design one could give it max rating of 6 according to your judgement you could make a upperlimit and lowerlimit for a particular phone

I think the second option is the best option as it forces users that are really interested in the handset and want to do the right thing the option to do just that. If you have to log in you will still have your fanbase for the site but also people who want to make an impact on the industry. I wouldn't have any objection to having to log in to do anything on the site but i think it will still give you the most accurate way of doing things.

IP filtering with positive posting only,votes should be %tage based,as like few famous phones have lots of users,and few have very few users so that should depend on rating selection,like if some common phone has only 1000 voters,that should be average voting change for every phone as for pecentage,that way it will help buyers find phones according to their ratings

number 3 solution is worked.
but the anonymous user can not do voting anymore.
there will lose some voting from not-logged in user.

why does it have to be a facebook account? i don't have facebook. why not use verified email addresses or setup your own user system independent of facebook or others?
if people are online, checking your website, there is a big probability that they have an email account. but not everyone going online has a facebook account.

-create a bot that can detect fansboy, if he always give high rating atau perfect rating to exact brand , delete all of his rating
