Shanti Dope, 30 Jan 2020It must be about 1.0um pixels in size, somehow better than ... moreIf this leak is correct, the main sensor of this phone will be more or less the same as the one on the regular Galaxy S20/S20 Plus - 1/1.7" 12MP sensor with 1.8µm pixel pitch, which is comparable to IMX600 used on Mate 20 Pro from 2018 light sensitivity wise.

This setup is clearly not of the leaked render. The cutout labeled as periscope is the infrared light source of the tof module. There's no space for a fifth cam in here and definitely not a periscope one since those tend to be larger both in y and z axis

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2020What is the purpose of the 64mp (1/1.7" sensor)?? A telephoto lens, maybe? Though you should take this leak with a grain of salt since it's coming from androidnext.info, a sister website of sumahoinfo.com who posted an inaccurate prediction for the camera setup of Xperia 1 based on information on Weibo back then.

Just buy Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro, 100% that you get better cameras than any future Sony flagship phone!!!

A periscope module can't be this small so I suspect that it is instead some sort of depth sensor that works in tandem with a ToF unit right beside it for more accurate distance measuring. The rest of the its hardware sounds promising, and if Sony doesn't screw up the software processing like they have been, we finally might be able to see some serious contender from the flagship Xperia lineup in camera department this year.

Sony please price it at around 1000€(+/- 50)

Sony is going to have a hard time if its naming scheme for smartphones is difficult to understand at first glance.
                                Like Xperia 30 (low-end), 60 (mid-range) and 90 (flagship).

Since Xperia 1.1 was used to be called Xperia 5 Plus, I hope 1.1 has a headphone jack. If it has, then Sony will finally come back great. Sony's stock like latest Android, cameras further engineered by Alpha team, headphone jack, IP68, stereo speakers, now that's a killer combo.
