Impressive specs. However, what would put me off is the very pronounced edge screen. It was the same with the very good P30 pro from Huawei. Samsung has realized that and brought out S20’s series with a less pronounced edge. That was smart of them as many of their loyal fans did not like the edge screens.

That's why it's better to put the "normal" size sensor on the vanila version and put the tele cam also. So it will be slimmer and lighter. It's so weird that flagship doesn't came with tele cam for now.
For those who like the bigger battery and doesn't care about thickness and weight, yes they can go for the Pro version.
It's just about the good product differentiation. Putting the gimmick 2MP macro and 2MP depth cam is going to wrong direction especially for vanila version. Less interest for many potential buyer.

I find the new specs impressive for the price. Although it is more expensive than previous model produce. However I thought with the amount of pre-installed advertisement within the phone, the price should be able drop a little more. Maybe if they sold more advertisement and on the subscribed basis, then maybe we get a cheaper price.

Note to anyone: These 108MP phones have large sensor size which would naturally render a shallow depth-of-field. It also has narrower focus-plane on close-up shots. I wonder how many would report this supposedly optical characteristics with these camera sensor config as "issue" when they couldn't get more subjects on close-up shots with the respective Samsung (S20 Ultra) and MIUI Forums (Mi Note 10/Pro, Mi 10/Pro). We'll see.

If they have used a "normal" sensor, the size would have decrased. Also for wireless charging at 30w it is need it for a bigger circuit. Also, Mi10s have the bigger cooling circuits, și the dimentions and weight are ok.

Apple's strength is primarily in software, but has no real expertise in manufacturing. Apple is NOT a electronics giant, far from it. iPhone's success is primarily software-driven, has nothing to do with hardware. Samsung and Apple's technology is neither foundational nor strategic, which is the primary difference between Samsung (Apple) and the other one we shall not name.

You asked for note 10 with flagship SoC and here comes the pro with the respective price tag. It is a great device and still cheaper compared to the competition. On the other hand what the... was Xiaomi thinking with this vanilla version. It is way more expensive than mi9t pro with horrible camera versatility....
