Samsung announces new quad-core Exynos 4 Quad processor

Based on Samsung's 32nm HKMG process and will power the next Galaxy smartphone launching in May.

        "The Exynos 4 Quad, also known as the Exynos 4212" If I am not mistaken, the Exynos 4212 is the successor to the 4120 and has two cores clocked at 1,5Ghz. So the Exynos Quad must be 4412.

              Slow down on making new proc and give Android OS a better power management version. Speed is nothing if you're getting about 8-12 hrs of battery life.

                  That's better than some news about some dodgy benchs or pics. Now only 1 week remaining before seeing the final specs of the new beast.
                  As it was said in someother news, quad core was a must for the novelty in their next smartphone. In this world, it's all about bragging rights.

                  Note that they used a technique a bit similar to Nvidia, they also have a companion chip to manage power used.

                      Lost my phone last Monday. I don't know what to do. I dont want another iphone, galaxy nexus sucks, HTC one X cant even beat the GS2. I want the GS3 now. maybe ill just buy a cheap nokia first.
