        LG almost has a winner on their hands. What they need to concentrate on is better cooling. Maybe after that they should open up a camera research dept like Xiaomi and improve their camera. Think about it. Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo all achieved these feats and eventually they became market leaders and started profiting.

        Companies like LG and HTC underestimate the value of the excellent quad dac that heightens there reputation, instead they concentrate on other aspects like corporate battles and sales channels. truth is even after OP had no sales channel affiliation other than their website, they still pulled themselves out of the ditch when they first launched.

        So instead of developing retarded gestures that don't make sense to use in a phone maybe they should develop the core aspects of the devices first. Just saying ..

It was 2016. at the time, its motherboard is from april 2016. i think. It has been 4 years since then. I have 3 more G4 and all working flawlessly ever since. G4 motherboards were fixed at 2016. Have V30 for 2 years and 3 months now, perfectly working, i have never doubted it. My best friend that uses that S8+ came to me a few days ago saying it bootlooped, indeed, it did. Recommended a motherboard replacement and done it myself. Ofc didnt get a new mobo but found a used S8+ and switched them. Who knows how long will that one work, apparently its not a rare occurrence for it coz there is a bunch of ppl selling motherboards only for S8 and S8+. Even tho i work with phones for quite a long time now, i didnt know that S8 had such a problem that was silenced.

                      One of the main problems of LG flagship phones for me (apart from damn high start price, of course) is lack of remarkable, distinctive features or even a single feature that would make they stand out from others. They really are jack of all trades but master of none. So no incentives to pick up LG V60 over any other cheaper flagship device of this or last year.

                        I am always fan of LG. I have a LG G7 and the phone is really good in almost every aspect. No complain, no big rush for monthly update...LG just do your job and I will buy LG phone again. I hope LG G9 come to Europe...

They still didn't fix it. It only occurs when the battery is below 15%, and then it keeps restarting like 3 tikes every 5 minutes, but only if you're using it. My G4 got stuck on bootloop mode a little bit over a year after the motherboard was replaced, and is bootlooping all the time now. My G7 is wworking flawlessly

The music app is awesome, waaaaaaaaaaay better than Google play music (which I have to use on my Samsung tablet. I hate it).

                                  They should release mid range phones with SDM processor since most of their mid rangers are MDTK (12nm) so that they will be on the game again.

                                      LG have always been amazing and are still. Just bcs of the LG G4 fiasco ppl have lost trust in it and are not even trying to give it another chance. I still have my G4 that got its motherboard changed, been 5 years now. I took a V30+ 2.5 years ago, i am still rocking it. Dont have any lag, freezes or bugs. I dont see a reason for getting the new phone yet. On the other hand, there are still trolls going about G4 bootloop, but noone mentions Galaxy S8 bootloop. Friend had it for 2 years now and it bootlooped, got a new motherboard and replaced it for him. Apparently S8's are dying from it, there is a bunch of ppl selling only motherboards for them.... But hey, LG has bootloop, Samsung doesnt lmao
