Also, as a reminder to the world, if pre-order goodies include a solid set of headphones and a MicroSD card, that would be more worth it. I'm kind of waiting for that too.

1000£+ and you will end up with a. Marvellous phone and a awesome gift as they always do..... So it is worthy! Buy yourself " ping ming chow pow" phone and pray not to go bananas after 2 months or to get some updates.( if you don't like quality)

Darn, just when I was starting to like Sony again they do something weird. The 10 II has a lot of things going for it, but the bezel unfortunately is not one of those things. Everything else I could probably live with. A faster Snapdragon 700 series CPU may make that pill a little easier to swallow, but even that is missing. The price is decent, which is something that can rarely be said about Sony phones. I guess I'll wait for the 5 II to check them out again.

On other hand Sony doesn't have the goverment's help so they make that what they can afford and can do it!

Ha... morei have every note made top of line 1tb versions i also have both asus rog phones also i have every single samsung accessory like tablets watches fits and ear buds also the big 10.1 tablet last year alone i spent over 3k in phones no one is talking money but since u assume.....also i live in usa 8k tv is old news already

Samsung did nothing. only specs and zoom camera. Have you watched the their press, they talked only about z flip and s20, zoom camera and closed quickly. they didn't have anything else except to mimic Sony for entertainment and 20:9 and collaborations for netflix, gameing with xbox and and other things

Just for the headphone jack with DAC alone, I'd get this over the S20+. That being said, I'll wait to see what Nubia and LG have to offer.

u guys can say what u want to say and samsung this and that fake this and that dude samsung just killed it this year and always had killed it its first with everything as usual.... First 5g device 5g came first to korea the s10 was first 5g then the note first with 16gb of ram first to offer 1tb storage devices s10 and note 10 first foldable first with UDS3.0 i mean first now with big camera they supply people with panels they supply the ram they team up with qualcomm to make the cpu i mean comeone man theres nothing else to say.....Sony is late to everything 5g 1 year late sony only offered oled in the xz3 like are u blind or u just compulsive i mean just sit back and think i took 4 years to offer more then 6gb of ram IF PEOPLE ARE PAYING TOP $$$$$$$$ GIVE THEM THE TOP SHELF STUFF.........the xperia 1 should have 512 and 12 gb of ram and wireless charge then u can sell it for $1000.00 open ur eyes man
