      Cant say about Apple but Sony is much better than this paper tiger.
      Sony uses Qnovo adaptive charging that slows battery degradation considerably over time.Sony choose the balance between adequately fast charging & battery longitivity.

      Xiaomi phone batteries degrade much faster than other smartphones due to usage of cheap component,after 1-1.5 years of usage they can loose upto 40-50% of their original capacity.Also MiUI is one of the least optimized UI for battery usage.They last shorter compared to other similar mAh battery phones.
      & Faster charging causes more heat so batteries will degrade even faster.
      So good look with your Xiaomi phone with Faster charging.

Here I talked about one phone model just because it's the subject of article, but my points apply to all manufacturers and all smartphones (or other gadgets too).
        It's better to tell manufacturers what we actually want, to have control on them, not to let them play with us by marketing.

          Realme 6 pro is thtter than this.
          This phone is really just paper tiger,Xiaomi almost always go for Specs than real usability.

          Display 6.7 inch big but no higher refresh rate,no AMOLED.also it has punch hole,Why? Coz its the "TREND".This is Stupid.

          4 Cameras on back but 2 of them are useless.
          Seriously for what purpose they really need to have seperate macro & depth sensors.Flagships cameras are miles ahed of these & they do that withot any dedicated macro/depth sensor.This is one of the dumbest thing on a phone right now.

          Now comes fast charging 33W.Xiaomi phones already have the reputation for being Hottest running devices & max cases of battery explosion.with more wattage charger,it will cause more heat & more battery degradation over time.

          Build Quality- Xiaomi phones are the least durable smartphones,see every durability tests,they fail miserably.

          MiUI its an iOS skin on top of Android with 70% more bloatware than Stock skins & unnecessary Apps.
          Now about android & Security updates they are one of the slowest to get them.

                              9 pro max brings back the big screen experience ? Like what the ? We have not had small screens for 2 years already as everything right now is around 6.2 inch up to 7 inch phones as even 6 inch screens is already none existent. So what big screen experience it brings back when we only have big screens from low end to flagship line up. Even Redmi 8 and 8A is 6.22 inch screen and went up from 5.45 inch from the Redmi 7.
