Apart of rog phone 2, other gaming phone barely have updates. Black shark and nubia only give two or three updates a year, if you lucky but thats it the max. Not even give android security patches update.
And camera that on par to gcam? Wait. Are you high of something?

Does it even matter to play PC, console, or mobile games? Wanna be she eped by games developers? I am not going to exert lots of cash in a game and these days any game can cost very expensive. No matter if paid or freemium or free with adware.
Better specs than a regular flagship does not mean better quality. Camera performance, build quality, etc. is still behind other flagships. And most gaming phones also lack software support.
Don't need to own such useless handsets. Phones have gone way too far in some aspects I think. Unless again, you want to be slaved by games devs and an antisocial who just wants to boast owning a powerful handset. I don't think so.

This is the most advanced gaming phone on the market right now. The only thing that comes close to it is the Rog Phone 2, which has last year's SoC.
Black Shark 3 was disappointing, so that leaves only Rog Phone 3 as a possible equivalent competitor to this phone.
One thing is for certain. Gaming phones have definitely captured a separate userbase.
