Wondering if a PC with intel Core i9 9900H and RTX Titan/2080 Ti (not Max-Q) is still faster than the Xbox. Maybe someone can explain.

Still, if you wanna stick with "it's all SSD", then try going back to 1980s, they had SSDs back then too.
New memory types are better and faster. We didn't have NVMe a decade ago.

Some devs will surely release their games with 4k gameplay for upcoming consoles. Not like in past 1080p upscale to 4k. While we PC gamers will enjoy some of more newer techs.. Even currently I do enjoy some of native 4k games on my SLI setup..

They should clarify that it's upscaled 4K, but then again console gamers wouldn't really care or understand.

I rather have native 1440p 60fps with high details than 1080p upscaled to 4K with medium to low details.

Now even with now technology like ray tracing. PCs are obviously ahead. Although it's a major upgrade from 2013, so it does justify in someway. It's nice to see that they are using m.2 slot.

Yeah, I remember when I built my first rig back then and my Intel SSD alone costed more than my gpu and my MB both together.

Today, SSDs prices are like peanuts compared to back then.
