These youtubers complain a lot about the exynos thing but if you are a real world user, you wont even feel the problem. Though i agree that samsung should release the sd version globally, which they did before (my note8 is SD), but for performance, the exynos version is still great.

Yes, if the P40 pro is available in your area that will be another option. Here, it is supposed to be available 2nd week of april and is 250dollar cheaper than the ultra with about 500dollars freebies - watch, cover and service) so it could be better value for your money.

I'm now thinking about trying out the P40 Pro for the image quality. I can always return it if I don't like it.

I really hope Samsung is changing their policies on SD vs Exynos with the Note 20+ or the 2021 phones. If they don't I think people will become very angry with them. Many youtubers have put great attention on the problem.

Sad to say autofocus is a an issue altho it got better with the update. Compared to mi note 10, the picture quality isnt really that different unless you use the 10x and above zoom.

Another issue is the heating. But after the update it seemed to get better or because im home during the quarantine i havent used mobile data as much thats why i dont notice thw ehating issue as much.

If youre going for the quality and build, this is still a very good phone.

Being one of the first to receive the phone before the launch, i am absolutely disappointed that Samsung launched a heavily priced phone without proper quality checks.
The problems I still face now are with focusing, slightly blurred images even if it is taken at 108 mp, overheating, unstable battery which does even last a day, lags while deleting images, to name a few.
On the other hand, I have used the Huawei P20 and Mate 30 Pro, and must admit that they are a beast of phones. Although they have their pros and cons, the images they produce are fab.

I think with our presence situation nobody will buy any new gadgets due to the COVID 19

Samsung seems to just have failed at everything this year due to their own extreme corporate greed. They wanted to rush and push put out as many devices as possible to secure as many preorders as possible before people found out about the million of bugs and issues these phones have.. Terrible practice. Luckely we have many Youtube reviewers who caught Samsung in the act and punished them.

Samsungs S20 series sale has been terrible and luckely the Corona virus came along and hit them even harder. Hopefully their terrible sales will continue for many months to come so they can really feel how much they messed up this time. Maybe that will make them think twice about cheating costumers again.

Luckely Samsung is also extremely hard pressed by all the Chinese manufactures that release handsets with the same specs and better quality to a lower price.

The only issue I have is with the fingerprint sensor being a bit hit and miss.

GPS locks on within about 5-10 seconds and its accurate too.

If you need to do more than 5 times zoom, then this is the best camera for you. Current issues are to be expected as this is a brand new camera system launched by Samsung. However, if you don't need a lot of zoom photographs/videos, you can look for other options like iPhones as well
