Samsung to deliver firmware fix for all early Galaxy S20 issues

Samsung is reportedly working on a few bug fixes for the Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra with a firmware update soon.

The update will focus on reported overheating issues while wirelessly charging with a Qi charger, camera app freezing, poor battery management and unstable Wi-Fi performance.

I was just told these are the fixes in the next major S20 update:

Overheating while Qi Charging
Camera App freezing
Battery Management
Wifi Unstable

There's no word if the update will include fixes for the poor autofocus some Galaxy S20 Ultra owners and reviewers have reported. Samsung did issue an update in Korea a few weeks ago, which reportedly improved the AF situation, but it hasn't been rolled everywhere yet.

Thank you very much for sharing your insights. How is the camera image quality? I'm now thinking about trying out the P40 Pro for the image quality. I can always return it if I don't like it. I really hope Samsung is changing their policie...

I also got the exynos model, its the only one available in my area. Sad to say autofocus is a an issue altho it got better with the update. Compared to mi note 10, the picture quality isnt really that different unless you use the 10x and above z...
