Quite on the contrary - I said that people who don't need high specs don't need to buy devices with Snapdragon 865. Buying a device with Snapdragon 865 and low refresh rate screen is absurd and makes about as much sense as buying a 300hp engine car with its max speed limited on factory to 50mph. People who buy devices with Snapdragon 865 and say it's fine to have 60hz screen because they will never never play games and never use it for anything but browsing Facebook are real brainwashed victims of marketing. They know in advance they will never be able to use all that super power of Snapdragon 865 due to device limitations, but still insist on it having super powerful Snapdragon 865... they will never able to use. LOL

This is now the phone expect more from the next generation.

Do you know how Oneplus devices was compared to other flagships at the time, and why it got a nickname "flagship killer "!?
It was always lower on some specs, but with best SoC and much cheaper price...
Now, with your way of thinking, we all should just go right ahead and buy Galaxy S20 Ultra, because "But making a device with Snapdragon 865 and then limiting screen to 60hz OR 90Hz makes no sense." Also makes no sense not to have 100x zoom, or 10' screen....and who the hell would buy device with less than 16GB of RAM!?

Well, to all of you that really needs 120Hz refresh rate on your phones, I can recommend to buy something else...I mean, even Xiaomi has at least 3 devices that I know with faster refresh rate.
K30 pro is for people whose not ready to pay 800€ for a phone, and with that in mind, they needed to cut some corners...
And if i need to choose, i would rather have best SoC available paired with solid screen, than best screen available paired wit midrange SoC.
You can't have all....at least not for cheap .

This phone does have already 300+ hp engine, which is Snapdragon 865, the fastest and most powerful CPU for Android devices in the world. Shipping it with 60hz screen makes about much sense as producing a car with 300+ hp engine, but then limiting its max speed to 50mph. If you are fine with riding at 50mph, that's ok, but why in the world do you insist on it having a 300+ hp engine, which you'll never use to its full potential? Regular users who just need a device to browse Facebook and don't need top specs, don't need Snapdragon 865 either, since they will never use all that power. But making a device with Snapdragon 865 and then limiting screen to 60hz makes no sense.

I don't get why peoples are complaining about something they didn't even know they wanted just few month prior and that they lived without for decade without any issues...
This phone is perfectly balanced as it is, it is going to be the cheapest SD865 smartphone, a FLAGSHIP KILLER, and because of its PRICE I am going to buy it for my GF who don't care about refresh rate, she doesn't even need/want a flagship or high performance phone.
It will be a serious step up from her current Redmi Note 5, she will get a phone way better than my OnePlus 6t, all that because the price will (or at least this is what is planned) be quite low compared to other recent Smartphones, otherwise I would simply buy her a Mi 9T.
So if a cheaper 4G variant is available, guess which one I'll buy.
So yeah, not everyone need a 10000 hz display, it is like complaining that your car don't have 300Hp+ while you are a regular person just using it to get to your job or that your monitor you want for going to facebook don't have 240Hz, 1ms responce time and under 4ms of input lag.
I am glad there is still option for a nice flagship killer who still get premium like feature but just sacrifice one for keeping its price low, at least they didn't sacrifice other more importants aspects !
Great job on that low price yet high performance and premium like phone Xiaomi !

That's my opinion guys, but I prefer oled in stead of lcd with high refresh rate. Also, high refresh rate is worst to the battery. Hope a price around 400 euros
