Dude, 27 Mar 2020That's a good joke. I predict 10 sales. They are still waiting for the first sell. It just doesn't come so they already posted the first price cut.

stop buying Xiaomi, they don't care about customers. It take's your money with cheap phones and forget about you.
I have bought a Mi mix 3 5g flagship, and even 4 years old phones gets better suport.
They don't offer updates, no accesories, no nothing.

Hahaha - Xiaomi have you just go nuts? You are selling your devices for 300 EUR more than in China. 999 EUR for your Pro even with lot less features like in S20? Good luck with that in Europe - you will crash and burn with total sales catastrophe

Xiaomi has responsibly priced the Mi 10 Pro at 1000 Euro.
Oppo has responsibly priced the Oppo Find X2 Pro at 1200 Euro.
P40 Pro is a little under priced at 1000 Euro.

I will expect that OnePlus 8 Pro is priced not lower than 899 Euro. (But I would not be surprised if it is also priced at 1000 Euro.)

Reading through the comments one would say that at Xiaomi is the new evil. Nobody is forcing anybody to buy his products. Two years ago Xiaomi was unknown name for the average Joe of the so called 'Western world'. The brand existed thanks to grey importers and fans. Today it is here officially and EU regulations and taxes cost money. And yes it is expensive because they can afford it. Mi 10 pro is no longer a wanna be with the big boys phone. It is a real flagship and for that it is overpriced. If you want bang for buck go for the 9T or k30 pro or even the redmi note which now comes with ufs storage or wait 6 months after any phone's release. Buying on the day of release or pre-ordering is the biggest stupidity one could make in today's life cycle of smartphones and that is valid for all android brands and stupidity costs.
Buy whichever brand you like and enjoy it. It is important what you like not others, cause your money will be spent not other's.
              Peace ✌️.

No way it will be flying off the shelves for this price. Not this time around.

Alex 94, 27 Mar 2020Why not? If others can put 1000€ price, they also can. With ... moreThe problem with your thinking is software. Miui is a decent software for entry and mid level phones considering that MI usually has much better processors for the mid range phones compared to the competition. But once you go high end you will find the competition has same or better hardware and the clunky miui lacks finesse compared to other softwares like One Plus or Samsung which both offer a far better UI.

I use a poco f1 and I am quite happy with the phone even after 1.5 years. I will happily buy the next poco if it sells for a similar but slightly inflated price point. However if I had a much higher budget to afford a One Plus 8 or a Samsung s20 there is no way on earth I will overlook the clunky miui UI. If MI matches Samsung in pricing completely destroying it's value for money proposition then I believe 9/10 people will go for Samsung or One plus over MI.

According to Lei Jun (CEO, Xiaomi), since the Mi 10 Series announcement on March-27, the initial responses from France and Germany were very positive.

I would go for the standard version as i would have more use for the macro lens and the slightly bigger battery is a bonus.

Abdel., 28 Mar 2020Of course they gave us big capacity and very bad life span There are different companies that supply batteries to phone makers.
Battery from one company does not have same quality of battery from other supplier.

If a phone has poor endurance , does not mean battery is bad or good.
                                    But poor software management.
