That's it. Also I hate all those bokeh shots where the background is blurred. I prefer that the entire image is clearly visible and sharp.
Oh and your right, I dislike overprocessing and crushing of shadows.

Looks like you don't like processed photo, specially sharpened photos. That's why you liked S6 images.
I told you earlier, there are many things to consider while judging a camera. It's not just the detail or color representation.

I meant to write Resi 2. I already completed it with Claire and I'm now going through it again with Leon on hard difficulty but I messed up and bought the infinite guns so now everything is super easy.
So I don't want to play it now and am waiting for Resi 3.

If you didn't, watch it. You will find out.
Every time there is something wrong with the P40 pro he mentions something like this" I(he) can edit the photo and make it preferable or better". I think he said it 2 or 3 times. But he never mentioned this for other 2 devices. Not even a single time.
I think this proves my accusation on him.

Have a workmate that bought s20+ with exynos variant and it has some heating and performance issues, not really noticeable but it give him doubts if he really made a correct decision buying s20+

Don't let you blind by the brand.
I tried S20 because of the size, and sent it back after two weeks. A battery life like always by Samsung between bed and terrible,
camera is a disaster, maybe because I owned mate 20 pro, my girlfriend like to print photographs on a paper, just try it.
I still have S9+, S20 ist a bit better in term of battery life, but same camera, we didn't see any difference.

Luckily on DxO samples, the details fuzziness not that evident as on GSMarena samples. Maybe using different firmware version.

AnonD-754814, 31 Mar 2020If the exynos SoC is your complain then I have nothing to s... moreHey, I have some photos taken with my Galaxy S6 (16MP normal lense, no binning) in 2016 and when comparing them to the photos taken on the S20+ the S6 photos are both better and sharper. I'm not joking.
I hate this binning mode that they do and that they made such small microns. It hurts image quality so much. Also putting such a large sensor into a small phone is just stupid. You need a much larger body for that such as a real camera house.
For now I tend to gravitate more towards Pixel phones even though they are super ugly. Their camera seems to be the best around.
Wish we could just have the perfect phone which would be a combination of Samsungs S20 design, Apples OS and fluidity and high quality apps, Google/Huawei cameras and Googles computational photography, Apple/LG stereospeakers, Samsung display, Razer phones 6000 mAh battery. That would be amazing.

I actually prefer Apple but refuse to support their greedy practices so for many years I have been using Samsung phones but now they have turned extremely greedy as well so I have to yet make another choice of who to support.
If you don't like big phones maybe foldables are for you then?
I'm not really a DSLR photographer myself - I only use my phone but sometimes I'm sad that mobile cameras hit a plateu and can't really progress any further unless some completely novel technology gets developed. The "new" binning modes are not really any better, maybe a little for low-light performance but that's it. 90% of photos captured on premium 2020 phones are not any different that on the premium 2018 and 2019 phones.
I have an MSI laptop with a GTX 980M. It can still play Resident Evil, Division 2 etc. with beautiful graphics. I rarely play on it but recently I bought Sekiro but I'm stuck at 2 bosses I can't beat so yeah. No more gaming for me, except on the mobile phone. Maybe I will play again when Resident Evil 3 will be released in April.
